This will be my loose following of the 50 day routine out of Never Gymless. I don't have a medicine ball at the moment. I'll be taking every wednesday off because its the only day I have available for judo practice. I usually try to do 1 mwod a day and on day 5 I will work on extra mwods. For the isometric workouts, I focus on isometric uchikomi.
Forgot to add my starting weight 206 lbs (although I don't really care if weight is lost or not).

Ict 1 didn't count reps(focused on height in burpees ans depthin squats).

Day 3
Eit 1 (for run I did 1/4 miles on a treadmill)
Time 22:18.59
First round was easy, by the last round I was grinding out if each rep.
Will do some arm isometrics at work.

Not to routine jump, but after judo practice I decided I would rather focus more on strength and explosiveness over conditioning. this week I'm going to try out 1 of the other routines from the book.
Today's workout:
Emphasis chinup(using 1 finger) 6x1
Towel chinup 5/3/2/1
1 arm pushup(focus on facing the ground)6x2
Handstand pushup 8/8/6/6
Box pistol 3x8
Ghr 3x8

Ran 1/2 mile to hill (about 75 yards dirt/rock hill), did 3 sprints up hill and jogged home.
Towel chins gtg style
Neck bridging
Planks 3x1 minute
It was over 100 degrees out and humid from this mornings rain, I was pretty over heated when I got home from the run

Worked about 3.5 hours triming trees in the sun(100 deg) so no grip work
