Good session. Forgot my 531 sheet but knew my top set was at 150 so just built upto that close to how it would of been. Didn't want to max out on squats as I was doing them first, the 6 felt comfortable, probably another 3 there if I'd gone for it. 92 log was easiest I've ever done anything over 90, but the 102 was too hard for me to clean, I managed to clean it the 2nd time but it took too much out of me for the press and I hardly moved it.

Still feel a little tender today from Saturdays training and it showed. Although I'm still happy to get 3 with 82.5 as that's technically a new 1rm for 3 reps. The split jerk that went wrong (rep 3 of set 3) could of ended a lot worse than it did, and all of them felt pretty sluggish today, but I suppose I'm getting up towards my max for reps now.

Woke up feeling ill and with a really stiff back and had to spend most of the morning foam rolling and stretching just to be able to train today. Deadlifts were all slow and felt off. Squats went pretty well considering how I was feeling by then. Core circuit I wanted to skip but the comp is just around the corner so sucked it up and got on with it.

Great session today. Squats were ok, not great but I'm still trying to find what works for me. Front squat is a 20kg PR, but I've not done any since almost breaking my wrist doing them a while back so I guess a PR was going to be there. Paused ssb squats were tough after all the squats we'd already done, happy to get 3 reps paused at 145. Surprised myself with the split jerks, I've only ever done them on log so didn't know what to expect really, and I'm obviously really happy with a 110 PR.

Deload week. Everything felt pretty heavy today, still a bit sore from Saturday and I can't expect to feel too motivated for a deload session.

Deload session. I did the 150 and 170 sets with straps and I didn't like them at all, so I went back to mixed grip for the last set. To be fair everything felt heavy today, but felt even heavier with the straps.

Good session. Happy with military and reasonably happy with split jerks, I took too much out of myself on the first set of jerks and it told in the sets after it.
