I felt too stiff to train yesterday, I took my nephews swimming and that helped a little bit, but my back problem seems to be coming back again :mozilla_frown: I think I'll have to go see an osteopath again or maybe a chiropractor this time.

Hope its ok mate, nothing too serious :)
Im still finding it hard to get started beyond a few sets of pushups etc, work is takin me everywhere at the moment, was in middlesborough all day yesterday for some seminar :(
Gonna try harder today, my motivation is i dont wanna look a tool at my first mma class 2moro Now, that's funny

I hope it's not too serious as I've had quite a few back problems in the past, I think this time it's probably just that I'm older and need to take more rest when I body needs it. I've got my 2nd jiu jitsu class tonight, I really can't wait for it :mozilla_smile:

Went on the field with my dog and left him to sniff around while I did a load of backwards running, other people on the field were looking at me like I'm a mental :mozilla_tongue:

2nd jiu jitsu class tonight, really enjoying it, and the trainer is looking to put another class on every friday from next week :mozilla_smile:

The usual running on field with my dog.

PM
5 x Super sets of 10 DB Snatch, 10 DB Swing, 10 DB Bench Press and 10 DB Bent Over Row (20KG - 1 minute between sets)
3 x Super sets of max. chin ups and max. press ups with 90 secs rest between rounds (12 & 33 - 10 & 26 - 9 & 18)
