Hyperextension 2 x 8 @ 17.5kg
Sit Up 4 x 8 @ 12.5kg
Done in 50 mins. Took longer today because I had my brother training with me and he does 531, so he was doing 6 sets of everything so I had to wait around a bit more than I have been on my own.

Done in 28 mins, would of been done even quicker but had to move stuff about to be able to deadlift. Left sit ups out as I'm in a rush tonight. Missed the rep on last set of military at lockout, but not fussed as I do them all straight after each other without rest and with no belt or sleeves. Deadlifts were grinders even with my belt and straps tonight.

Done in 40 mins. I couldn't get the 5 on military again this week, I probably should of stuck at last weeks weight but decided to increase it anyway. Deadlifts are stupidly hard at the moment. Looking forward to getting back on 531 soon if I'm honest.

Done in 44 mins. Deffinatly going to have to start taking my time a little bit more now thr weights are getting heavier. Pulled a muscle in my back on the first set of squats but it wasn't bad enough to stop me training, probably gonna feel it tomorrow though.

Done in 36 mins. Had to work for the squats, last couple at 140 were tough. Not sure how long I can keep it up going throuhg it all this fast, but I might as well keep going until I'm missing lifts.

Video from today:
Done in 38 mins. I'll put the military down next week, just wanted to carry on this week to get used to heavier weights. Video just to keep a record of bodyfat progress. I did the video of all the squats, just shows how I've been training recently. And I did the deadlift as I really needed to see what's going wrong... the answer is everything.
