Got this done in under 40 mins again. Got some Rehband knee sleeves so got to train in them today, and my knees felt nice and warm, not tight fitting though, but not sure how tight they are supposed to be really.

Done in 50 mins. Felt strong today which was nice. The video is just a form check and a way of checking on how my fat loss is going since the deadlift video. I replaced triceps extensions with band pushdowns as I've have never been keen on them. Weighed 73.4kg this morning, not sure why there's a drop as I've eaten over what I'm supposed to the last few days, but I still have some fat to lose so I suppose it's going to happen.

Nice, good to see it is doing some good. How are you finding eating more food? Getting used to the post workout bloat? By the looks of your vid, I wouldn't think you have too much more to lose, maybe 2kg.

Done in 37 mins. Deadlifts all felt heavy and I ended up using straps on the last set as my hands were killing me on the 157.5 set. The 180s felt heavy so I tried a rep with my belt after and that was much faster, so I'll use my belt on top sets now.
