Squat
1 x 5 @ 70kg
1 x 5 @ 85kg
1 x 3 @ 102.5kg
----------------
1 x 5 @ 127.5kg
1 x 3 @ 145kg
1 x F @ 162.5kg

Squat (Paused)
1 x 3 @ 100kg
1 x 3 @ 120kg
1 x 3 @ 140kg
1 x 1 @ 150kg
1 x F @ 160kg

Another disaster of a session. I tried doing the 162.5 beltless and paused as all squats felt off and I failed it, I've done 3 reps beltless and paused with 160 in a the past. So I did some more paused squats and built up to 160 and failed that. My confidence is shot and to be fair I'm just not enjoying training at all right now while I'm dieting. I'm considering taking a month off and comijng back to it when I have some motivation back and get to were I want to be with my bodyfat.

Not bad. Didn't do much but enjoyed what I did. Time for a break now, I won't put a time on how long I won't lift heavy for and I'll just see how I feel. Looking forward to changing things up though.

Damn man, your strength has gone ballistic since I was last here.. awesome stuff! My training has had to completely change pretty much right after you helped me out setting up some 5/3/1 training.. Got NO access to a gym, got no weights at all.. got a sandbag and my bodyweight plus a weighted vest so not got a great deal of direction in my training right now...

Cheers matey. I'm actually going through a bit of a slump at the moment, I'd let my bodyfat get too high so I've been busy trying to lose some weight and it's affected my strength. I'll get it back quick enough once my bodyfat is were I want it and can start eating more.

We all go through these pahases that you are, just ask yourself how much you want it, if you want it enough lack of equipment won't be a problem.

Affected your strength... show off lol, your still a beast.

You'll get it back dude, I just did a bodyweight strength workout yesterday with all intentions of logging it, but it was that pathetic I'd be too embarrassed to stick it on here. Nowhere near as strong as I used to be :( It WAS my stag do on saturday night but thats no excuse for how awful it was.

I'll get it back fast, and should be much stronger the next time I get back to that weight were I hit my best lifts.

My advice would be to log it all matey. Go back to the first pages of my log and see how pathetic they were. It's all motivation to improve!
