Kettlebells + conditioning
Round I-10 minutes of the following circuit wearing a 12lb weighted vest:
1. double kettlebell snatch x 5
2. double kettlebell swing x 5
3. sprint 25 yards/rest period = walk back to the kettlebells
Completed 6 rounds

Rest 2 minutes

Round II-10 minutes of the following circuit wearing a 12lb weighted vest:
1. Jog 100 yards
2. burpees x 10
Completed 5 rounds

Grease the groove workout with sandbag
1. sandbag clean and press: 5 x 1
2. sandbag shouldering: 3 x 1 each side
3. sandbag zercher squats: 2 x 5

Core
Plank/arm band pull with 12lb weighted vest
Set 1: 10 band pulls with each arm
Set 2: 10 band pulls with each arm

Ab wheel rollouts wearing weighted vest
3 x 5

Kettlebells + Conditioning
Completed 5 rounds of the following wearing weighted vest:
1. Double kettlebell swings x 5
2. Burpees x 10
3. Double kettlebell snatch x 5
4. Bodyweight squats x 10
5. Jog 100 yards/walk back 100 yards = rest break

I realized that I did Wednesday's workout incorrectly. Instead of jogging 100 yards, I did 200 yard jogs...no wonder my circuit total was low...will make the correction for next week.

Saturday, May 26: 30 minute walk with weighted vest.

Monday, May 28:
Completed 4 rounds of the following circuit wearing a weighted vest:
1. Pushups x 15
2. Bodyweight + vest squats x 20
3. Double kettlebell sumo deadlift x 10
4. Burpees x 10
5. Double kettlebell swings x 5
6. Sledgehammer swings x 20
7. Sprint 50 yards (without vest)
Rested 2 minutes between rounds

May 29, MMXII
Grease the groove kettlebell workout
1. Double kettlebell snatch: 3, 2, 1
2. Double kettlebell clean and press: 3, 2, 1
3. Double kettlebell front squat: 3, 2, 1
4. Double kettlebell swing: 3 x 5
5. Figure-8 to a hold: 2 x 10

2. Double kettlebell front squat: 2 x 5
3. Core
A. Figure-8 to a Hold: 2 x 10
B. Medicine ball slams: 2 x 10


After dinner, went for a 30 minute walk with my fiance".

1. 2-hand kettlebell swings x 20
2. 100 yard jog/walk back 100 yards

2 x 30 seconds each set
