Band sprints: 15 sets x 15 seconds each. 15 seconds rest between sets.
20 minute run

Kettlebell + Conditioning
Did the following circuit for 5 rounds:
A1. Double kettlebell snatch x 5
A2. 2-hand kettlebell jump squat x 5
A3. Double kettlebell guerilla clean x 5 each side
A4. Ring body rows x 5
A5. Divebomber pushups x 5
A6. Medicine ball slams x 10
Rested 60 seconds between rounds

Conditioning
Completed 3 rounds of the following circuit:
B1. Burpees x 60 seconds
B2. Sledgehammer swings x 60 seconds
B3. Band sprints x 60 seconds
Rested 60 seconds between rounds

Completed 8 rounds of the following:
A1. Sledgehammer swings x 10
A2. Medicine ball slams x 15
A3. Burpees x 10
30 seconds rest between rounds

A2. Ring body row x 5
A3. Double kettlebell sumo deadlift x 5
A4. Double kettlebell floor press x 5
A5. Double kettlebell front squat x 5
A6. Ab wheel rollouts x 5
Rested 60 seconds between rounds
Conditioning
Completed 4 rounds of the following circuit:
B1. Medicine ball slams x 30 seconds
B2. Burpees x 30 seconds
B3. Ring pushups x 30 seconds
B4. 2-hand kettlebell swing x 30 seconds
B5. Plank x 30 seconds
Completed all 4 rounds non-stop without rest.

Completed 6 rounds of the following:
A1. Sledgehammer swings x 20
A2. Band sprints x 8
A3. Burpees x 8
A4. Shadow box x 30 punches
30 seconds rest between rounds

Kettlebell workout + conditioning
A. Ring body rows: 3 x 5
B. Double kettlebell clean and press: 3 x 3
C. Kettlebell figure-8 to a hold: 3 x 10
D. Double kettlebell swing: 2 x 10
E. One-arm kettlebell waiter's walk: 2 x walk the length of the basement and back-each arm.
Conditioning
Completed three rounds of the following circuit:
1. Ring flyes x 60 seconds
2. Sledgehammer swings x 60 seconds
3. Band abdominal twists x 60 seconds (30 seconds each side)
4. Burpees x 60 seconds
Rested 60 seconds between rounds

Completed 4 rounds of the following circuit. The first two rounds were done back to back without rest. After round 3, I rested 60 seconds.
B1. Burpees x 30 seconds
B2. Sledgehammer swings x 30 seconds
B3. Pushups x 30 seconds
B4. 2-hand kettlebell swings x 30 seconds
B5. Plank x 30 seconds

Tabata Band Sprints: 8 rounds-20 seconds work/10 seconds rest
Tabata Jumping Jacks: 8 rounds-20 seconds work/10 seconds rest
Tabata Medicine ball slams: 8 rounds-20 seconds work/10 seconds rest

A4. Ring body rows x 5
A5. Divebomber pushups x 5
A6. Ab wheel rollouts x 5

Conditioning
Completed 3 rounds of the following circuit:
B1. Burpees x 30 seconds
B2. Ring assisted jump squat x 30 seconds
B3. Lateral hops x 30 seconds
60 seconds rest between rounds
