April 30, MMXII Kettlebell + Conditioning Did the following circuit for 5 rounds: A1. Double kettlebell snatch x 5 A2. 2-hand kettlebell jump squat x 5 A3. Double kettlebell guerilla clean x 5 each side A4. Ring body rows x 5 A5. Divebomber pushups x 5 A6. Medicine ball slams x 10 Rested 60 seconds between rounds
Conditioning Completed 3 rounds of the following circuit: B1. Burpees x 60 seconds B2. Sledgehammer swings x 60 seconds B3. Band sprints x 60 seconds Rested 60 seconds between rounds

Medicine ball slams x 30 seconds B2. Burpees x 30 seconds B3. Ring pushups x 30 seconds B4. 2-hand kettlebell swing x 30 seconds B5. Plank x 30 seconds Completed all 4 rounds non-stop without rest.

One-arm kettlebell waiter's walk: 2 x walk the length of the basement and back-each arm. Conditioning Completed three rounds of the following circuit: 1. Ring flyes x 60 seconds 2. Sledgehammer swings x 60 seconds 3. Band abdominal twists x 60 seconds (30 seconds each side) 4. Burpees x 60 seconds Rested 60 seconds between rounds

Sledgehammer swings x 30 seconds B3. Pushups x 30 seconds B4. 2-hand kettlebell swings x 30 seconds B5. Plank x 30 seconds
