trapbar deadlift...I was supposed to do 6 x 2 @ 375 today, but I felt too good to pass up on test day until Friday.
135 x 5 warmup
500 x 1...felt awesome! I felt good enough to try 510, but that was not to be today. I got it about 1/4 of the way up and stalled. I can't complain...I added 30lbs to my deadlift with the 6 week Smolov plan.

Dumbbell press 60lb pair
2 x 5

Pull-ups
2 x 5

Dumbbell swing...forgot to bring my kettlebell
1 x 20 right arm

1 x 20 left arm

Dragon flag
2 x 5

I had a problem with my internet connection. As many of you know, I'm going through a divorce. Last week, my wife (who no longer lives in the house and stopped the court ordered nesting agreement) discontinued our internet account. Today, I got my connection back. Here's the past week's workouts. I am now following a workout idea from Dan John. I read his article on T-Nation on the 40 day workout. It is very similar to Pavel's Power to the People, with the addition of swings and an upper back pulling movement and core work.
June 29 and July 1
Trapbar deadlift
405 x 5
365 x 5

July 1
410 x 5
370 x 5

Dumbbell press 60lber's
2 x 5

Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown
160 x 5
185 x 5

Hanging Leg Raise
2 x 5

I am finishing the week tomorrow at my friend's dungeon gym.

Honestly, the last two workouts had me feeling stale. I figure it's from doing the smolov and jumping into the 40 Day workout with the 2 sets of 5 reps. Today, I went back to my dinosaur style singles workout and felt much better and crisper!
July 8, MMIX
Trapbar deadlift
135 x 3
245 x 1
335 x 1
405 x 1
455 x 1...no problems what-so-ever!

The rest of the workout stayed the same...2 x 5
Dumbbell press 2 x 5
Hammer strength Lat Pull 2 x 5
Dumbbell swing 1 x 20 each arm. Damn, I have to get my kettlebell up to the weightroom. I miss doing swings with it. Friday, I'll bring it.

Hanging Leg Raise

2 x 6
