Had football training but afterwards did

30 sec Jumping Jacks
30 sec High Knee Dumbell Press
30 sec Shadowboxing
Continued for 10 mins without rest

Last couple of days been really sick I've got a bad cold just been doing one handed deadhangs for grip. I'll try workout in a couple days.

Thanks Bunkido I really feel like conditioning is improving which I'm very happy about. Only in year 11 but there is still a lot of pressure to do well in exams.
Last couple of days just been do some running and bodyweight exercise while studying. I also managed to do a one handed deadhang with a 15kg dumbell in my other hand, so I'm going to be using weight to this movement now.

Never Gymless arrived I've been reading through it and I'm using one of the training plans except changing it a little:
Day 1 - Strength + Core
Day 2 - Conditioning + Isometrics
Day 3 - Strength +Core
Day 4 - Conditioning + Isometrics
Day 5 - Rest Day
The strength workouts will focus on Vertical Jump for lower body and max strength + explosive/speed strength for upper body.
Conditioning will be mainly running and GPP work as I want to focus this cycle on building a good base of fitness.
Isometric workouts will be mostly Iso Punches and Iso Neck Work because this is most specific to boxing.
I'll also be doing skill work with my trainer 3-4 days a week.
