This is my new log I think I will be getting into ametuers soon I'm meeting up with a trainer tomorow. Today I didn't do anything intense because Sunday is usually my rest day. If I do start training in boxing again I am going to include loads of Ross's conditioning drills.

3 x 3 Weighted Pullups
3 x 8 Plyometric Pushups
3 x 3 Weighted Dips
Finisher
5 mins Pullups - 26reps

3-4km Run - 19.10mins
15 Chinups new max
Didnt sleep all night was working on assignments but I still ran in the morning. Didn't think it was safe to be running sprints or intervals without sleeping but I will do a proper running workout tommorow morning.

Good work, Italian fighter..I can get 25-30 pullups on a "good" day. Don't worry about doing a quick workout when not sleeping much. I've done it with no problems. If you have the energy, then I don't see why not. Good luck with your amateur career as well. Keep us up to date.

Then a lot of one on one with the mitts and heavy bag
Next couple of weeks I'm going to be focusing a lot on conditioning so I will be ready for when I start sparring.
