Dumbell Snatches - 4x
Assisted 1 Leg Squats - 4x (getting better with these)
Dumbell Swings - 4x (personal best)
1 Arm Pushups - 4x
Plyo Pushups - 4x
Assisted 1 Leg Squats - 3x (worked on these a little more)
thats it for now....may do a back off week...I will not let up intensity but I may reduce volume...

Keep up the good work! I like how you combine everything for a perfect package. Like Ross says, "Don't put all your eggs into one eggs." You're doing isometrics, intense cardio, max strength, plyometrics, and just about everything. Keep up the good work and the results will definitely follow.
