I am new to all this, so do u know anywhere I can find what the workout terms mean, like dips, rows, etc? Also, what is a good workout for a current student who has about 30 mins a day to workout with barely any equipment ?

I suggest that you buy never gymless, little or no equipment is needed to get a kick ass workout.
http://www.rosstraining.com/nevergymless.html
why?
Because there are loads of information in there that nobody in here can give you in a few post plus its an excellent starting point.
You have 30 minutes a day?
Let me tell you that is all what you will need.
Working out is not about whether you have time or you dont.
Its about whether you wanna workout or you dont.
In the meantime there are plenty of articles to look at and get started NOW
http://www.rosstraining.com/articles.html

If you have any other questions I am here

Good luck!

EDIT: If you want to know what the workout terms mean just type them in youtube.com
and you will find videos there.
