Hi,
My name is Ahmed and I am from the kingdom of bahrain. I am a taekwondo black belt and would start training in muay thai when I have a chance.

Height: Not sure but I think around 181-183 cm
Weight: 140lbs-64kgs
Age:17
Goals: success in the combat world, whole body strength and maximum conditioning.

I wanted to start my workout log after finishing my exams in the 28th of this month but coudn't wait.

Anyways, I woudnt do a lot of workouts before finishing my exams.

Monday/19 jan 2009

100 burpees for time.
Finished in 8:55, this is the second time that I do the 100 burpee challenge ever.

Tuesday/20 Jan 2009
Did some jump rope for 4 minutes to relief the soreness from yesterdays 100 burpee challenge.
Then did some kicks for 2 mins.
-Weight chin ups:
22 kgs for 3 reps
20 kgs for 3 reps
15 kgs for 3 reps

-Weighted pistols:
10 kgs for 2 reps
5 kgs for 5 reps
15 kgs for 2 reps

-Hand stand push ups
With push up bars for 2 reps
regular ones :
8 reps
8 reps
5 reps

-Neck isometrics

-Core work:
L-sit
extended push ups
extended planks
partial standing ab wheel rollouts

-CoC grippers

Finish

ok, I just finished my exams two days ago and I did not workout because I was extremely tired.
I will start this log again and tomorrow will do a new conditioning workout.
