Starting today.

5ft 10.5
84kg - 185 pounds

Goals by priority:
(1) 10 one arm push ups per arm
(2) 60 pushups
(3) 5 pistols per leg
(4) 50 burpees without pause ( Edit: I now realise that's a little steep )

Stretching

Warm up ( slow shadowboxing )
2x2 minute shadowboxing rounds
2x2 minute weighted boxing rounds
2x2 minute shadowboxing rounds
2x2 minute stationary bike ( Speed above 32km/h ( 19.88miles/hr )).
Plank - not sure of time, really tired so sub 1 minute.
Cool down.

Warm up.

One arm dumbbell shoulder press:

Left Arm Reps:
26 kg - 3 3
22.5 kg - 5 4
Right Arm Reps
26 kg - 6 3
22,5 kg - 6 5

One arm Push ups:

Left 5 5 4 4
Right 5 5 4 4

Pistols: 5x4 each leg ( assisted )

Finished with:
10x2 20kg barbell curls
1 min front plank, 30 sec side plank each side
50 crunches

Very very busy, only tabata squats ( about 120 throughout ). 26 pushups.

24th November - moving house, so no workouts. Still, one of the most physically demanding days of my life.
25th November - still moving, still demanding.

Magic 50 with 20kg dumbbell. About 12 minutes.
Pushups 15x3
One leg step ups ( onto high ledge ) 10x2 each leg.

Actually today is the 26th...

** Rope pullups ( 2 ropes ) 3 3 2 1 1

** One arm pushups ( left right )
3-3 4-4 2-2 1-1

( The first set was my attempt at keeping the body straight, from second set onwards I just let it adjust itself )

** Pistols assisted ( left-right )
5-5 4-4 4-4 4-4 Hurts my knees...

** Shoulder press 25kg ( left-right )
3-6 3-5 2-4 2-2

Did 10 elevated pushups and then 15 ordinary pushups.

Training outside:

3 rounds of:

Run about 30 metres, 10 burpees, 30 metres back, 10 medicine ball slams.

Commando pull ups 4 4 2

6 x ( Run 20 metres forward, then back then forward again ) 10min 10sec. I was running the length of the garden, its a little sloped and quite uneven. It snowed today too. But that still doesnt excuse the bad time.

Random pull ups + leg raises.

Noticed I have strange wheezy breath after exercising outside. Deep cough too.


Was bored so went out for a plyometric session outside.

10x2 6kg medicine ball upright throws.
10x2 med ball side ( rugby style ) throws each side.
Clapping pushups 5 4

Then did some more pullups - 5 4 3 ( I love them )

Monday 29

Warm up

3km cycling

Stretching. Then..

Deck of cards workout.
42 cards ( Ace to ten of each card type + 2 jokers )
Diamon - sit up
Heart - pushup
Spade - squat
Club - 2 lunges ( each leg x 1 )
Joker - each exercise 5 times

Time 13:36.

Cool down.
