First off, I still owe the board and more importantly myself completion of the 30 minute RT challenge. For the past few years I've hit a supple wall with not just training but life where I just didn't have much passion or drive yet I still had my goals. I was constantly waiting for the day I would "wake up" and find the old YJ that joined this board years ago. That time has come, or has been more forced upon me. Videos shall explain :mozilla_laughing:

All the best in your recovery YJ. You with your injury are still doing more than most uninjured people do on a daily basis. Hang tough my friend.

Week 3 was more of a rest week although not completely sedentary. I done a few days training.

Getting more into the groove through week 4. It's at the point where my leg is stopping me doing more not my mental strength.

Videoing is helpful, made me realise that I;ve gotten slower since neglecting my training.
