JUst purchased Infinite Intensity and will probably do something similar to the 50 day program in there starting sometime this week

height 5'10 1/2
weight 254

Monday- did some weighted pull ups (shoulder width grip palms facing out) but was so f'n tired I couldn't finish the workout, probably the effect of sitting in the sun 6 straight days from 10-6:30 lifeguarding

BW for 2 x 5
+ 25 x 5
+ 45 x 5
+ 65 x 3
+75 x 3
working up to a 3 rep max

Tuesday 7/4
did some intervals on the eliptical for 10 minutes, did 2 minutes easy then 1 minute at the highest resistance and after every minute alternated between 10 burpees and 25 jumping jacks

then did some hill sprints 5 x about 70 yards
