Today I am going to switch to conditioning emphasis
I feel my strength is at a decent level and I will put it on the back burner for now
My conditioning needs lots of work and so does this fat I have gained
What will help me alot with my body weight goals is losing some fat.
The weight I gained only became noticeable this week when I gained 5lbs
Exams always make me put on some fat the studying and stress just makes ya wanna eat bad and feel better if only for a second
Ill test myself out endurance wise today and post a Progress update.
