Incline Bench Press:(3min rest)

Weighted Dips:(3min rest) B.W. 220lbs

Machine Fly's:(3min rest)

Back Extensions:(3min rest) (Weight on back of head)

Today I am going to switch to conditioning emphasis
I feel my strength is at a decent level and I will put it on the back burner for now
My conditioning needs lots of work and so does this fat I have gained
What will help me alot with my body weight goals is losing some fat.
The weight I gained only became noticeable this week when I gained 5lbs
Exams always make me put on some fat the studying and stress just makes ya wanna eat bad and feel better if only for a second :lol:

Ill test myself out endurance wise today and post a Progress update.

Cool. I've been focusing on strength and gaining mass but I will probably have to start conditioning again in a week or two due to some fat gain, not much, but my core is less defined as it was getting. My diet has been crap the last two days. I have to say though, I admire what you've done on your diet. Haha.

Yeah my diet has been pretty bad
and I realise that but alotta times I can't help it

Progress Update

Short term goals:Not in order of importance

Close CoC Gripper #2
One Arm Chinup

Work From L-sit to V-sit
Planche Pushups
Freestanding Handstand Pushups
Elbow Lever
Bench Press 300lbs x 6
Squat 400lbs x 4
Military Press 240lbs x 6
Perform 100 burppees in under 5min
6k Row in under 21min
Improve conditioning in general
Improve strength in general
Improve explosiveness in general
Lose Body Fat


I will list my stats on everything pertaining to my goals.

Ok Progress update:
Body Weight: 218lbs

Weight Training:
Weighted Chinup: 55lbs x 3
Bench Press: 265lbs x 2
Squat: 315lbs x 6
Military Press: 195lbs x 3
Leg Curl: 170lbs x 4

Assisted one arm arm chinup: 70lbs(assistance) x 1 R/L
Pullups: 12
Full Range Handstand Pushup: 1
One Leg Squat: R:0 L:0
One Arm Pushup: R:9 L:5(Day after Chest/Tricep day)
Glute Ham Raise: 0

Dragon Flag: 2
Standing Wheel Rollout: 0
L-sit: 7sec(on fingers) followed by 5sec on knucles
Back Extension: 45lbs x 6

Planche Progression: Tuck Planche holds x 12sec
Handstand Holds: 10sec

Rowing: 3000meters 14min 30sec

Tuck Holds:
4 x max

Holds felt strong today
