It's been years. Literally. In fact I wonder how many names I'm going to recognize around here... Long story short is I made it through college alive. I'm living in Charlotte, NC working for a major technology company. I've recently began hitting the gym hard and figured a social log would encourage me to track everything (I always get lazy if its just for me). My current schedule allows me to train in the mornings M T Th F I'll edit this first post to stay current with my training plan going forward. About me: Height: 5'8.5" Weight: 160-165 lbs Consecutive Pull-ups max: 42 Consecutive Dips: 50 Push-ups per workout record: 1000 Pull-ups per workout record: 400 Weighted Pull-up max: 90 lbs Weighted Dip max: 135 lbs In case you have not noticed, I love pull-ups and dips, and I love using gains in this space to measure upper-body development generally. I'm also a big fan of silly personal records. I'm not sure what exactly my goals are, except to achieve higher levels of fitness and strength. Anyway.... it begins.

Hey, actually they are current numbers. Except I just got 90 lbs for pull up this morning. Pull-ups I've gotten to 42 on a few occasions. It's a very weird number to be stuck at, I admit.
