If that really happens, it would be interesting to see what happens with the UFC after Dana retires. Hopefully it won't rapidly crumble, but I'm assuming the Fertitta brothers could run the company almost just as well, if not better.

He's not taking that surgery seriously. He thinks its no big deal. I don't think he's gonna make it, doing what he's been doing, until the end of the fox deal.
The Fertitas make all the big decisions(not cutting Overeem for example). Dana just handles all the little bullshit that they are too busy to do. They should slowly get a new guy to start taking over. Maybe let someone else do TUF and the FUELtv events. IDK, but Dana needs to slow down.
I love the guy, but he's not taking his health seriously.

I don't really know anything about his condition other than that it effects the inner ear, equilibrium, and things of that nature. However, I agree that Dana doesn't take his health very seriously these days, considering the huge amount of weight he has put on lately. It's unfortunate, and with all of the stress in his position I'm sure he is at risk.
