Eat hemp hearts, they are 40% calories from oil, massively anti-inflammatory and have about the only complete source of protein in the plant kingdom.

I eat them after my longer runs and they do a great job of preventing inflammation.

They are great on a low carb diet as well.

On a side note I think if you are allergic to whey you should just eat steak or salmon if you are afraid of fat.

Lol? Not sure what gave you the impression I was afraid of fat.. I NEED MORE OF THAT BITCH TOO!
The only reason I considered including a protein shake of any kind in the past month was because I read in a bodybuilding book that fat can inhibit proper absorbtion of protein post workout..

I will look for it to source if anyone still wants this discussion going (which I doubt)..
Its a book I actually own from when I just lifted weights in highschool "way before I got into boxing" but there is some decent stuff in their on nutrition it seems for those who are interested in maximising muscle, figured could still apply its principles on nutrition regardless of the fact I completely forego its training modality (asbodybuilding isnt my thing)
