In a few recent posts, I emphasized that playground workouts are ideal for all levels. Both beginners and children can benefit from such work. For example, this entry showed a sequence of exercises that could be performed by all levels. We also saw the potential that exists within children when they use the bars regularly.
Yet while beginners and children can benefit from playground workouts, I alluded that there is unlimited potential in terms of how far you can progress with such work. There are always options to take a simple workout and make it increasingly difficult. Creativity can take you a long way.
A few examples were sent to me over the past few days. You can see two of the more impressive displays below. If there was ever a case against the necessity of a fancy gym, these videos speak loud and clear.
As you can, the sky is the limit in terms of what can be done with little or no equipment. The men and women seen throughout perform feats that many would consider impossible at first glance. With a consistent and persistent approach however, you will be amazed at how much you can accomplish.
