Nice. Couldn’t help thinking how a spoof video could be made of Ross heroically painting a wall (w/a roller), or flattening out dough in the kitchen (w/a rolling pin), and then saying … “Not a necessity, but a nice twist that you can add to everyday activities.” (!)

Love your videos! But one thing though, I really can’t keep up with the barbell rollout. I guess my arms are not that strong in order for me to carry my weight.
