Excellent interview. By the way did you hear about Hector Camacho passing away? Never a big fan of Camacho or his style but it seems the boxing world is loses a lot of fighters as of late.

First I saw the chinup pic above and got inspired but also a bit depressed because I can do maybe one rep with 110 lbs(bw about 200 lbs), and you must be doing reps with +180 lbs(+bw of course). But then I read this from your interview:

“As for what I can or can’t do, it is important to realize that I have been training consistently for over 20 years now. When you see me or anyone else perform a challenging exercise, you only see the end result.”

This is easy to forget. Although I have been doing chins for a LONG time, I haven’t been doing weighted ones even for a year yet. How could I be as strong as someone who has been training seriously for decades?
It’s like just starting out with the piano and getting depressed when someone plays extremely technical Liszt’s etudes on Youtube.

“I’m also a big fan of the pull-up bar and dip bar. I often add significant loads to each.”
Also the pic above confirms the ones who don’t know you that you’re not BSing us with that statement either :)
