  1. Like the stadium steps sequence part of the workout especially the hops up the steps and what looks like some sort of backward bear crawl/wheel barrow hybrid thingy up the steps. Gots to go find me some steps now.

  2. I love part one of this motivational speech. I listen to it daily. A good Floyd Mayweather training video on youtube features part 1 one of the speech. People can say what you want about his on-screen personality, but the guy trains like animal.
