Jump Rope Conditioning DVD – Coming Soon…

Below is a brief video that I created to advertise an upcoming DVD that will be ready in the next few weeks. The footage seen within this sample video is fast paced, but the instruction within the actual DVD is obviously step by step (starting with tips for complete beginners).  There isn’t much that can be learned from full speed work.

I will have more details to post in the next week or two…

Would love it if you put out a book or DVD featuring off the beaten path training methods like your “Slider Exercise Tutorial” etc. People are always looking for a change of pace and using new or alternative methods can increase their enthusiasm for training and also give them more fitness tools to put in their toolbox. This is a great site by the way. It covers everything in fitness from combat sports, weightlifting/weight training, bodyweight training, inspirational articles, etc., truly one of a kind web site.

Looks great coach! I’ve been integrating more and more jump rope recently into my workouts and I’m excited to see what you’ve got to add to my toolbox. It seems to always be expanding since I started reading here….

Wow…Ross you are a bad dude-you remind me of Tyson when he jumped rope. I’ve got all your products except Missing Links-and your biography says you were a fighter but went into coaching-were you ever ranked in what is it for boxing the Top 50?

And iv’e said it a 1,000 times- a talented kid can BE WORLD CHAMPION under your LEADERSHIP.

All you readers here will see it-if Ross trains the right guy. Believe that.

    PS:
I loved The Boxers Guide you wrote. I am very much a fan of boxing over other combat sports. Can you repost the link for the Secerts of Cuban Boxers you used to include with that. Iv’e met some Cubans who fight out of Miami-those dudes are known for Spartan like conditioning and wicked ferocity all us Latinos bring to a fight.

Love jump rope. I feel like people always forget how beneficial it can be in a work out routine.

A lot of people may not realize but regularly using a Skipping or Jumping rope can actually make us a little more healthier.

It’s probably the cheapest exercise item we can buy.

The good thing is it helps you improve your fitness, and you body coordination.
