Inspiration From Kevin Rempel

I recently received an email from Kevin Rempel and was captivated by his story. Still in his 20’s, Kevin has endured his share of ups and downs but he continues to keep moving forward regardless of the obstacles that stand in his way.

Kevin’s story highlights the importance of a positive attitude. It also unfortunately shows the consequences of a negative mindset, as seen with his father.

If you have ever questioned the significance of your own attitude, take a moment to watch the video below.

  1. Just the little film I needed to see.
Hopefully this will encourage me to do
positive things in my own life and others.
Am grateful that you keep putting up
    videos like this.

  2. Ross, thanks for sharing this video on your site. This video is more proof of the power of the human spirit. When adversity strikes in life it takes tons of courage, desire and determination to make life worth living. Thanks again.

  3. I like these videos about the mind. His story really shows the stark difference between their paths and thoughts. The mind can build you up or tear you down, and it’s just based on thought.

This was my experience in fitness – despite great training plans and diet, it was extremely difficult to reach my fitness goals. When I was going through it, I was very determined and structured my whole life around it, but I didn’t enjoy it. I did get some results but it never lasted. But when I started learning how to enjoy the process, my strength and fitness levels naturally started increasing, it felt effortless. That’s how it feels when you enjoy what you are doing. Of course physically I was training hard, but I really started enjoying it.

Keep more of this stuff coming. I haven’t been following your blog for awhile, but you’re been an inspiration for me in my training.
