The Mauler Sled
Below is an excellent video of a homemade push sled. This design is one of the best I’ve seen. It not only performs well but also appears to be quite durable. The creator of the sled mentioned that he’s used it regularly for three years and it is still holding up well.

That is totally awesome! I have been wanting a prowler but can’t afford one. Great design. Thanks for sharing Ross.
If I ever decided to make one of these, I was simply going to use an old childrens wagon that I had laying around. My thought was that I could remove the tires and weld some pipes to it so I could perform the exercise. It wouldn’t look pretty but it should work.
