Muhammad Ali Tribute

Below is an entertaining tribute to the legendary Muhammad Ali.  If you have any interest in boxing, I’m guessing that you will thoroughly enjoy this clip.  It is the best Ali tribute I’ve seen.

Those who are new to the site can see pictures of his old training grounds at the links below.  I’m still amazed and thankful that we had the opportunity to train in the same gym.

Q: Has anyone seen Facing Ali yet?

*Ali is such an icon and amazing to watch his fights, training, and promotion. Always such build up and such drama…and such an amazing cast of heavyweights in that era. Ali would not have been Ali without Liston, Frazier, Foreman, Norton, etc.

*I hope Facing Ali is as good as it should be.

P.S. Does anyone remember the Ali vs. Superman tabloid size comic book from the 70s…as a kid, that was mandatory reading in my dentist’s waiting room.

Ali was the greatest. I think he should be the athlete on that Gatorade commercial who changed sports. Michael Jordan was great, but Ali did things socially and athletically that Jordan never did.
