Homemade Clubbell and Foam Roller

I recently added two updates to the homemade equipment archive within the forum.  I don’t actually use either, but I’m sure there are readers of the site who will find the information useful.

The first video shows a homemade clubbell.

    That was useful.

I’ve always wanted a clubbell, but sadly they aren’t sold in Latvia.

    Ross,

What is your stance on things like dynamic mobility and SMR? How do you usually warm up?

Hey Ross, I’m going to have to make a clubbell now. It’s going to be sweet.

    Ross,

    Great videos.

What I really like about having the whole foam roller wrapped in tape, is that when you sweat, it will repel it instead of absorb it as traditional store bought foam rollers do.

    Good stuff!!!

That PVC pipe + foam is basically what I did recently. Except I used one of those cheap blue foam camping mats. Works great.

Have you ever tried standing on those pipes to strengthen your feet? It’s an amazing workout!
