At first glance, you may be wondering why I am posting this story to a blog that focuses primarily on physical training.

How a person does one thing, is how they do everything. Surely the qualities of tenacity, staying power and mental toughness aren’t just found within the sporting arena, fighting circle or the military battle field. Many of the toughest minds I’ve come across wouldn’t know the first thing about these things.
