My wife actually knows a Ugandan who ran in the Kenyan Olympic team a few years ago. Her husband was high in the educational system in Uganda and they ended up fleeing to the US due to unrest in Uganda. Now they've spent many years and many thousands of dollars pursuing citizenship here fruitlessly. I find it hard to believe that there are people we'd want more as citizens.

No-one else think these runners are incredible athletes? Well, I must say that I'm pretty disappointed with that.

Probably goes to show you that most (Western?) trainees visiting the site are obsessed with power and bulk. Still, that's their choice.

Incredible video.

The athletes in that video are so graceful and efficient in their movements that it is hard not to be fascinated by them. They also appear to be as tough as they come. Compare and contrast the training facilities in this video to typical Western fare.
