		<description>Love those Glute Ham Raises.  Learned them from reading Infinite Intensity.  Made a huge difference in the muscle balance in my legs.  Prior, I believe I was out of balance regarding quads (very strong) and hamstrings (relatively weak).  Thanks.</description>
