If this woman found the ability within herself, through God, to train so intensely, then no one should take that away from her. Religion is not a poison; people are a poison. We infect things and destroy them: religion, politics, the ground we walk on, ourselves, and each other. Every person has the capacity to do great things, but simultaneously has the ability for destruction. Why does religion have anything to do with this post, and why should anyone care about another person’s religious beliefs? If this woman found the ability within herself, through God, to train so intensely, then no one should take that away from her.

A couple questions though. When praising God, should we do so before, during, or after our workouts? Which one have you found gave you more success and/or muscle growth? Also, should I switch between the father, son, and the holy spirit, or are they ok to worship on consecutive days (I`m worried about the effects of overpraising :-O) Oh, and one more before I forget, I`ve been getting injured recently much more than normal. Because God is responsible for athletic achievements, is this him telling me I`m not training properly, or that there is something else I`m not doing correctly?
