I did the Scriptless Training yesterday with about 8 stations and I did it for 3 ea 10 minutes rounds. I was smoked beyond belief but I kept the Warrior Spirit.

When I re-read that section you mentioned 3-5 minute rounds, so I was proud of being able to hang in there. People were driving by thinking I was going crazy hitting the B.A. tire and throwing bags all over the place.

I'm currently in Alabama where obesity is the norm and 'fit' is an outcast. Even the first responders and police need some extra conditioning.

Great job, Ross. As far as other FAQ's, perhaps you should do one on the often confused "aerobic vs. anaerobic conditioning" conflict, because that pops up on the forum all the time.

And happy anniversary. May you have many more :)

I shouldn't be surprised any more but A+, First Class efforts are so few & far between that you 'get me' every time.
Most wouldn't bother fin...MAKING the time to do a bang up job every time. All the time.
