I've been visiting your blogs daily, reading what new things you've posted and rereading the ones you've posted from before. Today, I felt like commenting simply because I, for one, have a few of those naysayers who cap off my potential at what they think makes sense to them. They are then shocked when I manage to accomplish something they didn't think was attainable. So thank you for the words of encouragement, not only against the naysayers, but for those of us that are reaching to go beyond the limit. We all have to start somewhere. With support like yours, the journey there has and will be great.

Great post mate...I loved the bit about Humans not being perfect...was actualy having a similar conversation last ngiht with my wife.

Oh and Josh above. Ive just broken my humerus bone.
Shit happens. I always like to believe that the ones who take the injuries are the ones who train hardest.

Hey Ross! It's your boy Chuck. Great video Ross. As all of them always are. To joshua. man remember this! A injury is like a Hater, on this blog we turn things like that into a motivator. Keep your fightining spirit alive man, you have our support 110% . Now. As for all the doubters like those who spoke on all the success stories in the video above, Keep fueling our fires. Warriors love the critizsism of non believers. We owe half of what were able to do to people like them. Thanks again Ross! You are the man!

Thank you for posting this video when you did. Tonight I sprained my ankle in MMA class, and while watching the others practice as I sat with ice on my foot thoughts kept creeping into my head. Thoughts like "Your not good enough" and "Your wasting your time." It almost seems like my training has stalled. Ive been having more bad days than good. It would be so easy to quit. To just work and go to school and not have to fight through injury after injury on a daily basis.

I thought about this on the drive home. I thought about not going back to MMA. I wanted to crack open a 6 pack and forget these past couple days and my ankle. Thank god I visited this blog. Thank you.
