Nice video Ross. Man it’s a show but i’ll tell you alot of scenes like that need to occur in the real world more often. Dedication and hard work is the leading road to all the best things in life no matter what anyone tells us. Keep the good stuff coming Ross I’m forever interested!!!

I remember the first time I heard him say “Nothing in this life that’s worth having comes easy,” I ran to my Men’s Health exercise book and wrote it down on the front page. Just to serve as a reminder everytime I opened up my book that whatever I’m going to do for today, is not gonna come easy, but it the end it will all be worth it.
