Support Your Local Farmers

In Jack’s words, “If man made it, don’t eat it!”

But how do you go about finding local farmers in your area?  Here is one excellent resource:

Eatwild Directory of Farms

Also, be sure to check out the rest of the Eat Wild site.  You’ll find loads of information regarding REAL food found in nature.

+2 to what “The Hoss” said in the previous comment!

Anecdotally, my wife and I tend a small garden that has ~10 tomato plants and every harvest we process and can so many bloody tomatos that it isn’t until after winter is over that we run out of ‘em - at which point we’re so sick of ‘maters!

    Rinse and repeat!
