Hey cherries have the same effect like for example aspirin.

They can relief pain, too.

I don´t know how the intake have to be.
But it´s true.

I agree. Ignorance is NOT bliss. I barely ever go to the doctor. But I think that's too infrequent. But taking pills or going to the doctor just because you have a cold is just stupid.

Quoted from Scott:

"It is unfortunate that we do not have any classes to teach people how to take care of their bodies and understand preventive healthcare and not reactionary health care"

******

Quoted for truth! Very well said.

The whole western medical establishment is a farse and a cash cow. There isnt any such thing about preventive medicine they only treat symptoms and not the actual problem. In my family there isnt anyone who uses medicine and I would not say any of them are the picture of good living or habbits. My grandmother is 86 years old and get sup everday exercises eats right and bowls twice a week, never had to take a pill in her life.
My wifes family are all on meds never exercise take the word of doctors as if it came from god himself and never research what it is the doctor gives them and it has nearly killed a couple or certainly made their quality of life crappy.

It is unfortuanate that we do not have any classes to teach people how to take care of their bodies and understand preventive healthcare and not reactionary health care..
