At 101 years young, Buster Martin is busy preparing for a marathon.  He certainly fits the mold of stay busy and you’ll stay young doing so.  Use it or lose it.

    When I first saw the (scary) picture, I thought it was going to a Bobby Fischer tribute (see http://www.chessville.com/images/Fischer/Bobby%20on%20the%20jet%20to%20Iceland%20(2).JPG). I’m glad it turned out to be something more encouraging: someone who smokes, drinks, has 17 kids and is in a rock group running half-marathons at the age of 101! (Now I know my problem: I don’t follow his training regimen.)
