		<description>It&#039;s sad that even the seemingly &quot;healthy&quot; options on those menus, such as the salad at Wendy&#039;s, are some of the worst options.  It&#039;s no wonder people have trouble eating the right foods.  It also blew my mind that an Uno&#039;s pizza could be worse than 3 Big Macs.  Granted, we&#039;re only looking at fat here, but still.
