In addition, I will be back to my normal blogging schedule (every day or two) next week.  It’s been a busy 2 weeks, but the dust has settled and it is time to get back on track.

Thank you again for your support.

Thank you Ross, for providing us with such valuable information. I plan on ordering the DVD and manual very soon.

Just got through watching the dvd. Top-notch stuff Ross. A real steal for the price. Will read the book next. As usual the book, dvd (and also the RT skull cap I ordered) came within 2 days of ordering from your site. Now I’m really inspired to go out in this freezing East coast weather and do some sprints and burpees in the park. Keep up the quality work.

Just ordered the 3 item package on Friday, and it was shipped Saturday. Really impressed with the speed, it was shipped on a weekend! I expected that I had to wait till Monday for it to be processed and shipped…can’t wait to get the goods

Ross I got my dvd & stuff, freakin LOVEiT!! You are a movie star! ;) Awesome man. I brought it to the CrossFit NorthAtlanta gym and played it on our computer monitor on the main floor, our lift trainer (actually weight-trains the GT football team) really really liked it (watched the whole thing while we were working out). I told everyone we’re going to learn to jump rope like you! HAHA They’re scared lol.
I have the book sitting out too and everyone marvels at the stuff that they KNOW I will be throwing at them when they least expect it …me thinks we shall play RT-russian-roulette on CF HQ rest-days…
I truly appreciated the description of our bodies being a TOOL & the TOOLbox, perfect analogy.
I been wearing my hat & t-shirts, I’m a walking ad for you haha.
    THANKYOU!
    Kath
p.s. anyone who’s even hesitating about getting this dvd, DON’T! For what you get, this price is a joke, not kidding. It is quality info because it’s in real-person speak, gets right to the heart of the matter with the demos, you will USE this sucker. Serious.

    Ross,
Tremendous work with the DVD. I was amazed at your ability to speak both during and in between exercise demonstrations. The manual was a great addition as well. The templates really helped tie things together from a program creation standpoint. I’m often puzzled about adding conditioning to our daily bjj training. Fortunately, your program has clarified matters. It’s nice to hear firsthand from someone who works in the trenches.

BTW - I read the thread over at JP’s fitness site. The reviewer sounds like an ideal contestant for “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader”. Red flags always go up when a writer cannot differentiate between Their and There. Brush off the haters. Not everyone can read.

Well said Brian. I too saw the thread that you referenced. It is unfortunate that those with such poor attention spans and illiteracy feel empowered to comment on those topics that they do not comprehend.

    The saga continues.

Great DVD and Manual Ross. We swear by your material for good reason.

Took but 4 days to arrive in the UK. What are you doing Ross, swimming these over yourself!

Great work as always. You blew away my expectations, and the price cannot be beat!
