Such simple rules to live by…It’s not the alcoholics I feel sorry for, its the poorly educated public that gets my sympathy vote. They are essentially brainwashed (television is a powerful marketing tool) into an unhealthy way of living because of how cheap and readily available these products are.

Jack knows what he is talking about and walks the walk as well as talks the talk. He is 93 years young and is still going strong working out for two hours every morning, one hour of weight training and one hour in his swimming pool. He is incomparable.
Jack with truth once again. Today our added sugar is even worse…High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Thanks Ross.
I am fortunate because I remember Jack back in those television show days. And he was one of the primary influences in steering my life down a path of staying physically fit. At age 53 yesterday I did day 212 in a row of working out/some substantive physical activity. While guys like you and Dino from Team Ruthless get the credit these days, it was Jack that started it all for me.

Awesome video Ross. The one where Jack talks about unhappy people is also some good sober common sense isn’t it?
Thanks for posting it.
