I still have a lot of work to do in regards to getting in better shape. But I have an excellent attitude.
I used to have the opposite.
Then I invested a lot of time learning quality values and ideas and it made all the difference.
So now I’m going to follow Jack and your suggestion to add eating healthy and exercise — two things I’ve been neglecting — to the mix.
Thanks for the motivation, Ross, and for giving of yourself way over and above what most people in your industry do. You offer workable plans and techniques and not just a sales pitch.
Not that I, personally, have anything against a sales pitch.

As everyone here has commented, what Jack said is very true even more so than in the days he made this talk. It’s hard to believe how hard everyone works without realizing what life should be about. It should be about being happy with who you are and what you do with your life. I think most people don’t take the time to adjust their attitudes and mindsets and instead play down positive “thinking” and positive being as too new agey. No wonder we have problems!
This is so true. I needed to see this just to remind myself to smile. Thanks for posting this!

Wisdom for the ages. Thanks for the post — it’s SO true!
great one ! I forgot way too often. I traveled a lot in SE Asia and it was the very same, very poor people, but happy one.
Man, Jack is so right on. Thanks for posting this, Ross. And thanks for all you do to remind us of the simple truth of Jack’s message.
So true. I have asked all my instructors in my club to look at this and think.
Very good advice from Jack yet again. When your body is yelling at you, it’s hard to be happy.
