I,m 36 and (thanks to Ross Enamait) I can do stuff now that I thought was impossible 10 years ago. The best part is that I just keep getting stronger and faster.
Dara Torres is awesome! Hope she makes it to the games!!!!!

That’s great! Forty is the new thirty. I know my fortieth birthday in just a couple of weeks will see me in probably the best shape of my life too. Torres is very inspiring.
