		<description>Bill&#039;s mind was as equally strong as his body. The World&#039;s Strongest Man Competition had to enact Bill Kazmaier rules because Bill would figure out ways to make the events easier or more efficient. He would carry the heavier items before the lighter ones. Did you notice how he tied the bag&#039;s rope to his belt, and the announcer commented that no other competitor had done it that way? The Stones Competition&#039;s rules had to be changed to make the competitors go from the lightest stone to the heaviest, and not the other way because of Bill. He was the man!</description>
