Let’s see, last year I had two groin pulls and messed up my right scapula to the point where I couldn’t lift anything from that side. What was interesting for me is I lost little workout time due to working around the injuries without aggravating them. Instead of being overly upset about it, I welcomed the challenge in front of me. I still have some effects of the injured groin as hey heal slowly and I am aware of it, but iti not a problem. I am lifting heavier than ever and I am smarter about my training as a result.
