A bit more than 4 weeks ago I saw in the internet some examples of sportsmen (and ladies) who eat vegan.
One of them was a german physician who had been world champion 2005 in bodybuilding, fitness-class.
He is a vegan since 6 years and claims not to use any supplements than multi-vitamin.
After a bit of research I decided to try one week of eating nothing from animals, no meat, no fish, no eggs, no cheese, no milk.
A week later I decided to go on for another week as I felt good with that. And during the second week I decided not to think about that issue no more.
It is more than 4 weeks now and I feel great. Not any big sensations, just simply ok. No reason for looking back.
Ross, this movie is great and is a must see for everyone.
