I want to thank everyone for the emails and comments regarding the accident. I really appreciate everyone’s support.
I was back in the gym yesterday. It felt great to be back. I was just coaching, and not actually training myself, but I’ll be back up to speed in no time.
The accident really served as a wake up call. I always try to enjoy life, my family, etc… but it is human nature to get lost in the commotion of each day.
One minute I am saying good bye to my son, and the next minute (literally 2 minutes later), I almost crash off a cliff. If it wasn’t for the guard rail, I’d be a distant memory. I definitely owe a BIG thank you to the crew who installed the guard rail. I can’t believe it sustained the weight of the delivery truck. I glanced over the cliff and was at a loss for words. It didn’t sink in right away that I was a few feet away from an unattached bungee cord jump off a cliff.
I will not dwell on the past however. What’s done is done. It’s time to move on. I’ll be fine and I’ll be back to my routine in a week or two.
I’ll get back on daily blog entries tomorrow and will be moving servers either later this week or early next. The change should mean the end of error messages and slow loading pages on the message board.
Thank you again for your support. Now, let’s get back to busting ass in the gym!
